  Same Old Same Old doesn't work anymore. There is at least 10% waste in the building project delivery process that we can use to build Net Zero buildings.

  We like to motivate our teams to develop new best practices such as LEED Gold At No Additional Cost, North America's Most Energy Efficient Lab Building or just some new IDEA or STORY that will make our project UNIQUE.

  When we started we were happy with 35% less energy at no additional capital cost … We are currently at 55% or better and heading to Net Zero.
