As experienced Project Commissioning leaders, Integrated Designs has developed a unique IDI Cx System that meets LEED requirements for Best Practice and Fundamental Systems Commissioning, plus adds value for the owner, project delivery team and occupants in achieving a smooth transition from design through to sustainable operations. Our system ensures building owners get what they paid for. It ensures that not only are all components and systems in place, but that they are operating as designed, both as stand alone systems and in concert with each other. As members of the Building Commissioning Association (BCA) with 40 years of personnel-combined experience, our service ensures everything from a better quality indoor environment to decreased project delivery stress between owners, designers, and contractors.

To ensure that our team consistently delivers successful projects, IDI has adopted the industry standard ASHRAE Guideline 0 Commissioning Process and utilizes the QuiCx web-based commissioning management system to manage the process. To deliver a fully functional facility requires commitment to achieve performance objectives and the implementation of a rigorous commissioning process.
